Brief about the Profile:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring efficient procurement processes, and overseeing supply chain activities to meet organizational needs. This role requires excellent negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Initiate inquiries as per approved purchase requisitions or requirements.
• Prepare detailed comparative statements of vendor quotations.
• Forward comparative statements to management for review and approval.
• Raise purchase orders based on approved comparative statements.
• Submit quotation files and proposal files for approval to the Procurement Department
• Prepare and issue RFQs to vendors.
• Monitor and control internal costs for each purchase to maintain budgetary efficiency.
• Address and resolve any supply chain disruptions promptly.
• Implement measures to assess and improve supplier performance.

Graduate
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement department
