Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, fostering strong business relationships. Devise and implement strategies to overcome logistical challenges and enhance procurement efficiency. Monitor resource usage and maintain meticulous quality record-keeping. Forge profitable partnerships with suppliers, leveraging your negotiation prowess. Finalize purchase agreements, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions. Spearhead the creation of new supplier networks and contractor relationships. Review and enhance existing contracts to align with organizational goals. Track and report essential functional metrics to optimize expenses and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify specifications and expectations. Anticipate market fluctuations and strategize to mitigate potential risks. Manage risk in supply contracts through data-driven analysis and control strategies. Cultivate a cost-conscious culture, driving long-term procurement savings. Strategically plan and oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle for maximum efficiency. Engage in productive negotiations with suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers. Ensure quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and cost-effectiveness. Resolve issues and complaints swiftly to maintain operational continuity. Achieve targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness. Analyze data, maintain metrics, and implement continuous improvements. Desired Skills & Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience within the Solar Industry. Profound understanding of sourcing and procurement techniques for Solar ground-mounted Equipment. Expertise in civil and service contract negotiation and closure. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Aptitude for decision-making and numerical analysis. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of managing and leading teams. Familiarity with standard logistics software. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Track record of stock management and reconciliation.
