Job Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement process within an organization by managing the day-to-day tasks related to sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update data related to DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in designated formats to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Organize and manage a database in a specific folder structure to facilitate efficient access and retrieval of information for seamless operations.
Proactively follow up with vendors to confirm timely delivery of materials to the site and address any potential delays.
Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Update and maintain accurate data on existing and new vendors within the procurement system.
Assist with drafting and submitting letters as needed, potentially related to vendor & client communication.
Create and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Operational Management.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ERP Knowledge & Negotiation Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ?20,876.88 - ?51,150.43 per month
