Procurement Coordinator Assistant

will support the procurement process by assisting in sourcing and purchasing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services required for the company's operations

:



1. Purchase Order Management

Assist in creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requirements from different departments Ensure that purchase orders are accurately filled and sent to suppliers Track order statuses and communicate with vendors to confirm delivery timelines
2. Supplier Coordination

Help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Communicate with suppliers regarding order updates, delivery issues, and product availability Assist in managing supplier databases and ensuring up-to-date information is recorded
3. Inventory Monitoring & Stock Replenishment

Support the monitoring of inventory levels to ensure stock is available for production and operational needs Assist in managing reorder levels, ensuring materials are replenished in a timely manner to avoid stockouts Help organize and track deliveries of procured materials
4. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery confirmations Assist in updating and maintaining procurement databases and reports Help ensure all procurement documentation is organized, filed, and compliant with company policies
5. Vendor Performance Monitoring

Support in evaluating supplier performance by tracking delivery times, quality of goods, and overall service Assist in preparing vendor performance reports and suggesting improvements where necessary
6. Problem Resolution

Support in resolving procurement issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies in orders, and damaged goods Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to find solutions and ensure minimal disruption to operations

Qualifications and Skills:



1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
