:The team is made of 20 people located in Italy, India and ChinaHe/she is recognized in the Procurement community, Mechanical Engineering, Cooling business, Offer Creation Process and Brand Labeling.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\xc2\xb7 Deliver with his/her team the best competitive advantage to LoB through best-in-class\xc2\xb7 Procurement strategies focused on customers & value creation, thanks to robust supplier choices and management.\xc2\xb7 Quality orientedPeople management\xc2\xb7 Lead a team of Procurement leaders and assistants with strong focus on communication and empowerment\xc2\xb7 Lead from the front if and where needed\xc2\xb7 Coaching as a key developmental tool\xc2\xb7 Support, encourage and enforce great teamwork with adjacent organizations in procurement\xc2\xb7 Size the team & resources according to projects load.Sourcing strategy\xc2\xb7 Connect LOB strategy and future needs with Supplier Market risk and opportunities. Challenge and deploy category strategy and SOCs. Update regularly the LOB Procurement strategy\xc2\xb7 Ensure each buyer defines and deploys a project Procurement strategy in his projects and drives Procurement activitiesaccordingly.Project management: execution of Procurement activities in projects\xc2\xb7 Actively participate to OTM phase, driving choices on Core technologies\xc2\xb7 Ensure PMP/Agile deliverables maturity for each stage gate\xc2\xb7 Boost stronger partnerships: brand labelling, early supplier involvement, supplier adopted innovation in design, co-development,\xc2\xb7 Ensure the team is using in the most efficient manner the standard Procurement tools and process (Supplier selection,supplier management, contracts, CSRM, SRIM, Cost target, cost follow-up, capex optimization, Make or Buy)\xc2\xb7 Boost transformation key initiatives like early supplier involvement, co-development, specifications challenge in OTM phase\xc2\xb7 Project and supplier performance - Ensure a good follow up of projects dashboard all along the PMP and help\xc2\xb7 Ensure that Project Procurement Leader evaluate regularly the supplier performance during and after the project launchProductivity advocate\xc2\xb7 Manage supplier negotiation,\xc2\xb7 Build strong APOP\xc2\xb7 Make sure of pipeline / idea generation\xc2\xb7 Participate to actions prioritization\xc2\xb7 Manage resource allocation escalation to the LoBPerformance criteria\xc2\xb7 Project Target Cost achievement\xc2\xb7 Project Time to market achievement\xc2\xb7 Innovation from suppliers\xc2\xb7 Partnership with suppliers\xc2\xb7 Employee\'s engagement\xc2\xb7 Multisourcing and standardization.\xc2\xb7 QVE & COS productivitySchedule: Full-time
