Shift 6pm to 3 am:1. Complete PR-PO process- Invite Quotes from vendors, Review quotes, create PR and PO on Oracle/Concur, Process PO to the vendors2. Review contracts and keep track of renewals3. End-to-End contract renewal process involves interacting with vendors for renewal quotes and interacting with Business Owners for quote review and approvals4. New Vendor set-up in Oracle, Concur5. Communicate effectively with vendors6. Work with Category Managers on contract renewal exercise7. Processing Invoice- Review Invoice- Match with the PO and approve8. Load/Update contracts in ServiceNow with Purchase Orders9. 4-6 years of relevant exp10.
