•KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •

1. To Co-ordinate with Branches and to get required rates.

2. To send enquiry to Vendors and obtain rates.

3. Checking the rates received from the Branches and vendors.

4. Preparation of quote and send it to Customers.

5. Follow up quotes sent.

6. Preparation of PO to Vendors.

Skills:

1) Any Diploma/Degree in engineering preferred.

2) 1-2 years of experience in Purchase of Dry Provision, Vegetables & Fruits Also related to any engineering industry.

3) Preferred domain knowledge in Ship chandelling and Engineering industry.

4) Spoken and written fluency in English/Tamil.

5) Good Working Knowledge and Skill in using advanced MS EXCEL.

6) Having two wheeler will be added advantage

Experience -

years in purchase and invoicing preferred from FMCG

Food product industry and Marine Logistics experience will be a value add.

Experience in handling large list and multiple product lines/categories

Education :

Any Diploma/ Graduate with good spoken and written English skills

Skills:

MS EXCEL - Advanced

Quotation, PO and Invoice management skills

Product and Market knowledge of Food products, Technical stores, Spares and Catering Supplies

Knowledge of Shipping related documentation and procedures is an advantage

Other qualities

Must be a fast learner

Speaking ability of Hindi and other regional languages will be a value add
