WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to build our central data analytics function. This function will report into the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Team. As the first hire for this function, you will get the opportunity to shape the future of data analytics at Wholsum Foods and define the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and make a significant impact on our business growth. This is an exciting role for a visionary leader who is passionate about leveraging data to unlock valuable insights and drive innovation Responsibilities Prepare and maintain MIS for internal discussions Identify, evaluate and approve vendors for procurement of allocated raw material and packaging material categories Negotiate pricing, credit period and other terms with the vendors Finalize and issue purchase orders Follow-up for timely availability of materials Maintaining a proper database of orders and timely updating of those records Coordination with the manufacturing, raw material and packaging material vendors Closely monitoring stock levels and maintaining the minimal buffer. Releasing PO to the vendor and following up on payments. Close follow up with internal teams - Ramp;D, Design, Production and Finance. Requirements 2-3 years of prior experience of purchase/ supply chain in the FMCG sector Good written and oral communication and negotiation skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Graduation is mandatory Start up experience is preferred WHAT WILL YOU GET Fast paced growth in the startup FMCG space.
