You will work closely with various teams including Finance and Technology to process invoices, technology purchase order requests and assist with the onboarding of vendors.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
• Assist in the acquisition of hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and others to ensure adherence with firm\'s vendor management policies and procedures
• Create and monitor purchase order requests and all associated activities (including payment)

• 2+ tears experience within procurement or related role
• Experience working with Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
• Ability to multitask
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Experience and knowledge of technology focused procurement
