Job Title Processing Specialist

The position will be responsible to investigate customer\'s complaint with their problem-solving skills and will write a letter to the customer based on their understanding of the customer needs to respond to their complaint.
Must Have
- Min qualification - graduation
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Typing speed above 30 WPM
Preferred
- Experience of working on complaints/escalations
- Should have exposure working with global clients in a BPO, Bank
