The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting new hire training, refresher sessions, and performance coaching to ensure process adherence and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Deliver process training to new hires and existing employees, ensuring they meet operational and client standards.Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process guidelines.Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions to improve team performance.Assess traineesxe2x80x99 performance through tests, role-plays, and live call monitoring.Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to identify training needs.Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions to improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with process guidelines, SLAs, and customer service standards.Track training effectiveness through performance analysis and feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO sector.Strong expertise in customer service, voice/non-voice processes, and client interaction.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage large batches and different learning styles effectively.Proficiency in LMS, PowerPoint, and other training tools.Experience in handling multiple processes/domains in a BPO environment.Additional Details:Work Mode: Onsite (Pune)Compensation: based on experience and skills
