The Process Trainer is responsible for delivering process-related training to new hires and existing employees to ensure operational excellence. The role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance process knowledge and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) sessions for process, product, and systems.
Deliver refresher training for existing employees based on performance gaps.
Use interactive and engaging training methodologies to ensure knowledge retention.
Training Material Development & Updates:
Design, update, and improve training manuals, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
Ensure training content aligns with client requirements and process updates.
Assessment & Feedback:
Evaluate trainees through assessments, quizzes, and mock calls.
Provide constructive feedback and create action plans for improvement.
Track training effectiveness through KPIs and performance reports.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to address performance gaps.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and process changes to ensure training relevance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-5 years of experience in BPO training (voice/non-voice/blended process).
Excellent communication in Malayalam / Kannada will be added advantage and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of process mapping, quality parameters, and customer experience metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to adapt training techniques for diverse learners.
Experience in handling domestic processes (preferred).
