Experience: 4+ years in Technical support/ service Desk out of which 2-3 years as a Trainer on Papers
ITIL Certification: Preferred
Cab Facilities: Available (both ways)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Service Desk, Technical Support, and ITIL training
• Develop training materials and resources
• Lead workshops on Service Desk Basics (ITIL v4), Technical Foundations (OS, Networking, Hardware, Messaging), and New Market Products (Intune, Office 365, BitLocker)
