Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
Monitor and ensure trainees' progress in alignment with KPIs and KRAs.
Update and enhance training materials as needed.
Provide coaching and support to team members.
Assist with process improvements and training evaluations.
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
Strong process knowledge.
International BPO experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with KPIs and KRAs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
