Salary: Up to 6.50 LPA

Minimum Total Experience: 4 years

Minimum Experience as Process Trainer: 2 years

Education: Graduates only

Preferred Background: Experience in BPO, specifically in insurance sales (health or life insurance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO, particularly in insurance sales. The Process Trainer will be responsible for training new hires and existing staff on various processes, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of meeting performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and update training materials to reflect current processes and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Monitor and assess trainees' performance and provide feedback to ensure comprehension and application of training material.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
• Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them achieve performance standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum total experience of 4 years, with at least 2 years as a Process Trainer.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in the BPO sector, specifically in insurance sales (health or life insurance).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
