Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with expertise in ICD-10 coding and CPC certification to train and mentor our India-based medical coding and QA team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with US home health care coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on ICD-10 and CPT coding for home health services.
• Develop training materials and assessments for new hires and existing team members.
• Provide ongoing support to enhance coding accuracy and documentation quality.
• Ensure adherence to CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform coding audits and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Stay updated with industry changes and coding updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field preferred.
• ICD-10 and CPC certification required.
• 3-5 years of medical coding experience, preferably in home health preferably in a training or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and coding software.

Shift Timing: Day shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
