About the team: Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

About the role: As a Process Trainer for a Lending/Collection business, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our internal teams. Reporting to the Learning Lead, you will drive the approach for lending business to design and facilitate an effective and fit-for-purpose learning journey, and cascade and embed these initiatives to elevate the capabilities of employees. As part of this dynamic role you will also work closely with the business and HR Business Partners (BPs) to cascade and embed these initiatives for the organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that focus on improving specific job-related skills, promoting productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the business goals, processes, and industry standards.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Drive the development and delivery of L&D-related programs across multiple channels to develop/ upskill people to meet the organization\'s objectives in line with the people development agenda.

2.Facilitate L&D programs with a special focus on developing a pool of existing employees and continually refine the learning approach based on analysis of L&D metrics to ensure fit for purpose.

3.Conceptualize & drive initiatives across multiple channels with a special focus on new learning solutions to strengthen employee engagement, and scalability and create a culture of Continuous learning.

4.Partner with the business to identify and deliver appropriate learning interventions that are contextualized to profiles, preferences and needs.

5.Support the Learning Lead to identify and implement appropriate development interventions that underpin the enterprise\'s strategic workforce plan.

6.Develop structured talent development plans and recommend appropriate development interventions aligned with the organization\'s competency and professional development needs
