xe2x97x8f Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive activities, tailored to the needs of various job
roles and skill levels.
xe2x97x8f Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
and engagement.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives.
xe2x97x8f Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, making continuous
improvements as needed.

xe2x97x8f Relevant experience in a similar Process Trainer/Training/L&D role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/L&D/Sourcing).
xe2x97x8f 4+ years experience in the training, L&D, Human Resources, recruiting & staffing or BPO industry is preferable.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in designing and developing training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
xe2x97x8f Stakeholder management
xe2x97x8f Thorough understanding of organizational processes, procedures, and compliance standards relevant to the industry and
specific job roles
xe2x97x8f Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences.
xe2x97x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to learners.knowledge
xe2x97x8f Professional certifications in training and development, instructional design, or process improvement (e.g., CPLP, CPTM,
Six Sigma) are often preferred.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training technologies to
deliver and track training activities.
xe2x97x8f Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with learners, provide constructive feedback, and foster a supportive learning
