Reports To: AM/Manager Training Summary: Trainer would be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning and development principles, as well as experience in creating and delivering effective training materials for a customer service/upselling US Client/Customer base Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees \xe2\x97\x8f Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop content \xe2\x97\x8f Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules \xe2\x97\x8f Deliver training programs to employees in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning \xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement \xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date on the latest learning and development trends and technologies \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all tasks performed in compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies and standards Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in training and development for Customer Service environment catering to US customers \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of learning and development principles \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in developing and delivering effective training materials \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Title: AM Training Department: Training Process: Customer Service/UpSelling Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Reports To: Manager/Sr Manager Training Summary: AM Training will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization\'s workforce by developing, implementing, and evaluating impactful training programs. With a strong understanding of learning and development principles and extensive experience in training & development for a customer service/upselling US Client/Customer base, the ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with business leaders to conduct thorough training needs analyses and create comprehensive training plans aligned with the organization\'s strategic objectives \xe2\x97\x8f Manage and develop a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality training programs \xe2\x97\x8f Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning, and on-the-job training. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that training materials are relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to meet the specific needs of learners. \xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay abreast of the latest learning and development trends and technologies and incorporate them into training programs. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with internal & external Stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with the organization\'s overall business objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages continuous professional growth. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with internal values, behaviors, policies, and standards in all aspects of training delivery. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree \xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of progressive experience in training and development, with a focus on customer service/upselling \xe2\x97\x8f Recommended on paper experience as Training Lead or AM Training in Customer Services environment catering to US Customers/Clients \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9450,000.00 per year Benefits:
