Roles and Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying the training needs across the sales department and conducting training for the employees to improve productivity.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating with multiple sake holders for structuring of training schedule, set up, development of training materials and Promote standardization by creating SOPs.\xef\x82\xb7 Delivering product and process training (Including inside sales - inbound/outbound call process, field sales/debt collection/recovery, customer support, escalation/grievance handling, soft/ hard calls and soft skills training).\xef\x82\xb7 Developing training materials such as outlines, handouts and PPT, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, E-Learning courses, lectures and alternative training methods.\xef\x82\xb7 In-depth understanding of the TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements.\xef\x82\xb7 Identify, develop and conduct training on competency mapping model which is significant to business needs and manage tracking and reporting progress on training progress.\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct quality audits of inbound/outbound calls to provide inputs and improvement on associates voice/accent and sales/support skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and conduct small group and individual training sessions based on staff and organizational learning needs.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to calibrate employee performance/targets achievement through monitoring and coaching.\xef\x82\xb7 Having Problem-solving, teamwork, people Management skills and ability to resolve issues that affect performance criteriaJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per monthBenefits:
