Job Description
• Handle i nbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
• I dentify and resolve clients inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines while interacting with customers.
