Responsibilities 2 to 3 year of HR experience, with specific experience in HR administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to accurately respond to inquiries in fast paced high volume environment. Ability to use multiple resources to research and resolve inquiries. Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency Results and deadline driven. Proficient in HR database applications resolve customer issues. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to take inbound and outbound calls. Additional Responsibilities: Should be comfortable to work from office. Should be flexible for any shift.
