As a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of solving inefficiencies and unlocking additional value for the Automation/Process Mining expertise within our team. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to powerful automation techniques, experience in project team management, and leading end-to-end process analysis & simplification.AccountabilitiesYour main duties will include managing relationships with key business team members at all levels, assisting with the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of Process Solutions customer groups, and leading projects independently or in collaboration with other GBS Process Solutions team members. You will also be responsible for assessing automation/process mining scope, business value/cost and accompanying business case, as well as change management activities to guide/support business readiness for transition to go-live.Essential Skills/ExperienceSix Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processesDemonstrated experience in leading medium profile projects/change management activitiesExperience in improving service processes going through different functions across the organizationStrong team member management, influencing & presentation/oral communication skillsEnergetic and self-motivatedStrong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business requirementsStrong time management skills with the ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one timeComfortable with working virtually in a global environmentWillingness to undertake some domestic/international travel (as required)Fluency in English.Desirable Skills/ExperienceSignificant experience with various related BPM capabilities i.e. Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools.Experience and proven results in change implementation projects within the Pharma industryExperience in working in Agile methodologyExperience in working globally.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
