JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Process Manager Role and responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert in Salesforce platform development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Lead quality assurance efforts within the SFDC platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Implement and oversee automation testing strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability. Engage in product management activities, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Utilize your proficiency in JIRA to effectively manage and track project tasks and deliverables. Write test scripts and able to deliver demo to UAT teams. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices, guiding the team through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration and communication within the team. Apply your knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes to ensure seamless functionality. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise. Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience working with the Salesforce platform. Proven expertise in quality assurance within the SFDC environment. Experience with automation testing tools and methodologies. Strong background in product management, including requirements gathering and prioritization. Proficiency in JIRA for task management and tracking. Thorough understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Understanding on process of delivering demos. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively. Knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
