Job Description


The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Process Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/Manage internal team and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Any Graduate with 5 to 7 years of proven work experience as a project manager in a technology firm preferable with international client
  • Preference will be given to candidates who has prior experience managing email marketing/campaign Ops services in the past
  • Hands on experience with project management software e.g. JIRA
  • Strong experience in handling international technology projects
  • Strong experience in Agile methodology including defining and executing sprints
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems (Drupal/Sitecore/WordPress/AEM)
  • Have strong CMS publishing background to understand the process/issues and solutions
  • Excellent organization, time management and operations skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Strong experience with client facing communications
