He/ She Should train new team members on key process tasks. Should identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvement initiatives. Make updates and amendments to process documentation. Should Participate in training sessions. Perform transactional activities related to the function at the expected level of delivery in terms of turnaround time and quality while performing the following processes. Make Sub ledger preparation, Nautilus group consolidation, and fund summary consolidation.Key Competencies:1. Ability to support the transfer of technical knowledge to the team.
2. Ability to identify and drive process improvements.
3. Good documentation skills.
4. Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
