GBS also maintains continuous improvement plans to enhance our customer-oriented service culture.About the Job: The Global Mobility Lead is responsible for managing the relocation and assignment of employees across different countries and regions. They work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures that align with the company\'s business objectives and comply with local laws and regulations.2. Manage the end-to-end process of employee relocation, including visa and work permit applications, housing, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.3. Provide guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, including cultural training and language assistance.4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage the budget for global mobility programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all global mobility activities, including employee assignments, expenses, and compliance requirements.6. Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across different countries and regions.7. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation companies and immigration lawyers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.About YouWe\'d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across different countries and regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
