They work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures that align with the company\'s business objectives and comply with local laws and regulations.2. Manage the end-to-end process of employee relocation, including visa and work permit applications, housing, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.3. Provide guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, including cultural training and language assistance.4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage the budget for global mobility programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all global mobility activities, including employee assignments, expenses, and compliance requirements.6. Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment policies across different countries and regions.7.
