Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Develop detailed understanding of platform vendor\'s out-of-the box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the Component Dev. and Material Mgmt.. function
• Facilitate configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refinement of NPD processes & ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
• Own business process and workflows; develop and present business case for customizations (if any - post discussions with relevant stakeholders)
• Act as a liaison b/w Mahindra and vendor (platform, SI) to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra\'s project standards
• Identify and address potential risks/ bottle necks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination
• Sign off on UATs for finalized vendor soln. roll out; ensure sign off of business processes from respective functional leaders and sponsors
• Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users
• Document issues, associated learnings and best-practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements
• Own PMO & end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to KPIs & roll out in future programs

Experience15+ years of experience in automotive/related manufacturing sector with
significant focus on strategic procurement and supplier management

• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading

implementation projects successfully, with a proven ability to collaborate
effectively across diverse organizational domainsIndustry PreferredQualificationsBachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Supply chain
management or related field

• Professional certifications/ Diploma in negotiation, strategic sourcing, global

supply chain mgmt., risk mgmt. or similar credentials are beneficialGeneral RequirementsExtensive experience in managing supplier relationships (incl. supplier contract
development related to SORs, before TSOs, and developing strategic
partnerships

• Deep expertise on engineering processes for supplier and engineering team

collaborations

• Proficiency in using procurement software like SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc., and

workflow management solutions

• Knowledge of materials science, including metals, plastics, composites, and

other materials used in automotive applications
