Key Responsibilities:Manage and drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.Ability to understand complex financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design process innovation solutions accordingly.Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.Assess risks related to financial reporting and accounting processes and implement controls to mitigate the risk.Manage process innovation projects to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance divisions.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred.Proven experience in finance transformation roles, with a focus on intercompany processes will be preferred.Understanding of ERP systems and financial modules.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, conflict management.Demonstrated project management skills, successfully managing finance transformation projects from inception to completion.Ability to work in dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.Good to have focus on intercompany processesMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
