Business Process Analyst/Associate - Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations

Description

Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations, under Consumer and Community Banking Operations, supports the firm by providing operational support for the enforcement, adherence and compliance of KYC/CIP standards. We service Retail, Commercial and Small business banking customers.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations consists of the following functions:

• Day 2 Operations
• Due Diligence
• Customer Data Accuracy Program (CDAP)
• Quality Control
• Business Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

The role requires working closely with the CDAP Business Manager, CDAP Operations leads and Business Owner in process streamlining and Transformational initiatives

• Engage with the CDAP operations, Controls, Technology and Business Support leads in each function to drive projects
• Manage stakeholders in a consultative manner by providing guidance
• Conduct clear analysis, logical structuring, and creative problem solving
• Maintain strong client relationship management skills at all level within the business and program team
• Assess and analyze metrics to support program activity
• Coordinate management meetings and prepare related materials.

Qualifications

General Skills/Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and Problem solving skills
• Good in Project Management and Key stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience in lean deployment, process improvement, or re-engineering efforts;
• Candidate with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement proficiency/ experience
• Logical, analytic and rational thinker
• Self-starter; demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision and use independent judgment in decision-making.
• Proficiency in controls analysis and ability to evaluate control\'s effectiveness

Candidates should be flexible to work in night shifts (timings might vary according to process requirements)
