and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Job Summary:

The SCM Operations Executive is responsible for managing all supply chain operations activities related to file management for assigned customers. This role ensures smooth post-booking processes, accurate documentation, system updates, operational finance tasks, and proactive exception handling. The executive also supports customer service by addressing queries and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all file management activities after booking.

###

Manage documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.

###

Maintain and update relevant systems with operational data.

###

Handle operational finance-related tasks.

###

Communicate proactively with the customer service team regarding exceptions.

###

Assist customer service in resolving queries and managing exceptions efficiently.

###

Qualifications & Skills:

###

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

###

Proficiency in system management and data updates.

###

Experience in supply chain operations or related fields is a plus.

###

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

###

Ability to handle financial processes related to operations.
