We also support our customers current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.Youll make a difference by:xc2xb7 Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data clearly and effectively.xc2xb7 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.xc2xb7 Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources to prepare datasets for Tableau reporting.xc2xb7 Optimize Tableau solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.xc2xb7 Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.xc2xb7 Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management and other teams.xc2xb7 Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and testing processes.xc2xb7 Stay up to date with Tableau best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics.Your success is grounded in:xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.xc2xb7 Experience:xc2xb7 2+ years of professional experience in Tableau development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.xc2xb7 Experience working with financial datasets or within the finance domain is a plus.Technical Skills:xc2xb7 Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Online.xc2xb7 Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.xc2xb7 Knowledge of ETL tools and processes is a plus.xc2xb7 Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is advantageous.xc2xb7 Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.Soft Skills:xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders.xc2xb7 Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualificationsxc2xb7 Certifications in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Associate).xc2xb7 Familiarity with financial reporting and KPIs.xc2xb7 Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
