We also support our customers\xe2\x80\x99 current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Candidate will be responsible to perform and review the Balance Sheet Reconciliations for Siemens Business Units.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of reconciliation, maintain quality of Analysis, Recommendation & Reporting.\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy of all Balance Sheet Reconciliations and present to HUB AC / Business Units.\xc2\xb7 Follow-up and Co-ordinate with HUB AC/Division for closure of pending actions from Balance Sheet Reconciliations review.\xc2\xb7 Ensure Timely deliverables and highlight the risk items to HUB and Division.\xc2\xb7 Customer handling and assist the team members in analysis and preparation.\xc2\xb7 Quality improvement and driving digitalization with close collaboration of various team such as OPE,CS,RPA etc.\xc2\xb7 Driving Customer calls and reconciliation/AREs assigned.\xc2\xb7 Collaboration with Customer on the Various topics and Governance call (both internal and External).\xc2\xb7 Supporting Governance topics such as ISO, CIMM, Treasury ICFR etc.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 Min. Degree in Accounting / Finance.\xc2\xb7 4+ year of Accounting experience in AP/AR/ICC and in ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon.\xc2\xb7 2+ relevant experience Account reconciliation is preferable.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Strong Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.\xc2\xb7 Analyze complex situations based on facts and find solutions.\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and prioritize.\xc2\xb7 Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities in changing situations.\xc2\xb7 Flexible to work on night or early morning shifts.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
