We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers\xe2\x80\x99 current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Analyzes and evaluates invoices of suppliers and vendors, performs checks with respect to deliveries supplied.\xc2\xb7 Continuously performs account reconciliation, and reports on discrepancies. Manage customer communications related to Accounts Payable.\xc2\xb7 Performs invoice verification, in cooperation with Purchasing and supplier.\xc2\xb7 Recommends and identifies reasons for invoice reduction.\xc2\xb7 Works closely with purchase managers to ensure awareness of any actions and/or problems affecting their relationship with suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Assist Team Lead in managing invoice backlogs and AP processing cycle time and all metrics for AP. Suggest opportunities to balance staff work efforts across SOC\xe2\x80\x99s to maintain metric targets for all customers.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity consistent with documented policies and procedures for each SOC.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 4yrs -5yrs of P2P experience or Finance & accounting.\xc2\xb7 Proficient knowledge of MS Office.\xc2\xb7 A working knowledge of SAP.\xc2\xb7 Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
