We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.Youll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of Debit Balance / Check Return / Check Refund and working towards the resolution\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for the completion of all the Debit Balance / Check Return / Check Refund activities identified.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of vendor accounts for any debit balance and follow up with the vendor/business towards the recovery.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that services are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements/expectations, and to comply both internal and external control requirements.\xc2\xb7 Should have very good knowledge in P2P activities.\xc2\xb7 Good customer relations skills and understanding of KPI/SLA.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated effectiveness in working with team.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated a good thought process in problem solving.\xc2\xb7 Very good knowledge of SAP.\xc2\xb7 Handle escalation and provide solutions to the customers.\xc2\xb7 Deals with customer queries at any level regarding invoices.\xc2\xb7 Should be able to perform all reporting activities without errors.\xc2\xb7 Monitor all process related activities without any conflicts.\xc2\xb7 Achieve productivity targets. Metrics to ensure results are achieved.\xc2\xb7 Monitor process quality and Compliance with Internal Controls to ensure and achieve quality audit standards.\xc2\xb7 Identify areas of improvement within the process.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for process documentations, process updates and exceptions and maintain the data.\xc2\xb7 Escalation Management maintaining the Root cause analysis and solution for the issue.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.\xc2\xb7 4yr -5 Yrs of Accounting/P2P experience\xc2\xb7 3yrs -4 yrs of P2P experience or Finance & accounting.\xc2\xb7 Proficient knowledge of MS Office.\xc2\xb7 A working knowledge of SAP.\xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding of P2P process and its various controls.\xc2\xb7 Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.\xc2\xb7 Effectively service the existing Customer base and protect against service interruptions.\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
