• Undertake English language bridge courses for the apprentice batches based in the O2C IN operations.
• Train identified batches on all English Language competencies like Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Create scenario-based interventions.
• Create customized content for the O2C operations to improve the general competencies of the teams.
• Create assessment packages to test and certify the participants.
• Update all training related trackers and tools.
• Create individualized reports for the participants and curate customized intervention packages.
• Use multi-media aids to create learning modules.
• Use innovative methodologies to cater to learners who are in the lower quadrants of English language.
• Create an environment where all learners are highly engaged.
• Set up meeting with the apprentices and the program manager to review performance.
• Undertake miscellaneous training related topics.
• Liaise with Vendor and University Leaning team to get inputs on apprentices and update the necessary tools.
• Ensure all assignments, projects and assessments pertaining to the University are completed on time by all the apprentices.
• Ensure attendance for all online classes conducted by the University / Learning Team.
• Support the billing verification process for the apprentice batch.

• Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent; Teaching degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage a variety of business interactions.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and goal oriented.
• Commitment to excellent stakeholder management.
• Proficiency using in MS Office pack.
• 4-5 years experience in Corporate Training or Teaching in Educational Institutions.
• Flair for teaching.
• High levels of patience to support participants with varying pace of learning.
