In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.Youll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 You will closely work with Insurance Company/Brokers to collect the monthly inputs & validate and sharing it with Payroll team.\xc2\xb7 You will follow up on cashless/re-reimbursement claims, Premium Payments\xc2\xb7 You will be processing new Car requests, validating monthly rental inputs & sharing it with Payroll monthly rentals payments to leasing company\xc2\xb7 You will be dealing with multiple location HR colleagues for employee insurance support and cross functional team for vendor payments.\xc2\xb7 You will be handling employee query resolution and escalation managementYour success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 You have experience of 4-6 years in a similar role with a graduation Commerce or Finance.\xc2\xb7 You are self-driven & motivated candidate having customer centric approach and is cable handling day to day HR operations relating to Employee Medical Insurance Benefits, Group Term /Accident Insurance Policies and Car Leasing Benefits, Employee data management\xc2\xb7 You have a sound knowledge of Employees Mediclaim/Term life Insurance & Car Leasing Benefits.\xc2\xb7 You have experience in different products of employee data managementJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
