In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner withYouxe2x80x99ll make a difference by:xc2xb7 Drive the end-to-end international assignment journey, guide, and consult the internal and/or external assignee, ensure a seamless execution of the process, providing an excellent assignment experience.xc2xb7 Assess the needs and options of international assignees and any accompanying family members throughout the assignment life cycle.xc2xb7 Keep assignees and stakeholders informed at every stage of the assignment, providing updates on compliance, regulatory procedures, and internal requirementsxc2xb7 Resolve stakeholder disputes and bring strategies for solutionsxc2xb7 Review and ensure compliance in all international assignment matters, including Immigration, Tax, Social Security, and Corporate Tax.xc2xb7 Implement compliant procedures for international assignments, including Permanent Establishment avoidance models and individual tax triggersxc2xb7 Coordinate all international assignments in alignment with internal and external principles and policies.xc2xb7 Prepare and maintain all necessary documents and records for the assignment life-cycle.xc2xb7 Manage the financial aspect of the assignment process, including income calculations, payment requests, shadow payroll enrollment, year-end compensation collection, and reporting.xc2xb7 Ensure timely and accurate billing processes for Global Mobility Management (GMM) services to customers.xc2xb7 Submit and authorize tax orders in a timely manner and oversee the completion of the tax service process.xc2xb7 Understand and follow the escalation management process within GMM, stakeholders, and service providers.xc2xb7 Maintain proficiency with existing GMM IT tools and adapt to new tools as they are developed and implemented.Your success is grounded in:xc2xb7 3+years of international assignments knowledge with a focus on immigration, taxes, social security, local legislation, or related HR service functions.xc2xb7 Proficient with MS Office Suite.xc2xb7 Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop.xc2xb7 Ability to appropriately manage confidential information.xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint - strong Excel knowledge preferredxc2xb7 Attracted to a dynamic business culture supporting the firmxe2x80x99s broader growth strategy.xc2xb7 Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.xc2xb7 Flexibility and ability to manage several tasks/priorities in a very fast-paced environment.Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
