We are seeking Senior Research Analysts with expertise in property research within the US mortgage industry. The ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-quality research and analytical services related to property assessments, valuations, and market trends. This role involves analysing property data, conducting in-depth market research, and providing actionable insights to our clients.
• Property Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough research on residential and commercial properties, including property valuations, market trends, zoning laws, and property tax assessments.
• Data Collection & Interpretation : Gather data from multiple sources such as public records, real estate databases, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to provide accurate property insights.
• Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed research reports, property profiles, and presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations for clients.
• Client Engagement : Work closely with US-based clients to understand their property research needs, deliver custom reports, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Quality Control : Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of property research data and reports.
• Market Trends Analysis : Monitor and analyze real estate market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and other factors that impact property values.
• Education : Bachelor's degree
• Experience :
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in property research, real estate analysis, or a related field, preferably within a KPO/BPO serving the US market.
• Strong understanding of property valuation methods, market research, and real estate analytics.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in using real estate research tools and databases (e.g., CoStar, Zillow, Redfin, MLS).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle large datasets and use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, MapInfo).
• Familiarity with US real estate laws, zoning regulations, and property tax systems.
• Knowledge of property appraisal and assessment techniques.
• Experience in using CRM software and project management tools.
