Job Title: Process Executive
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our services or products.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with both existing and prospective clients.
• Keep records of calls and customer responses in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to pass on any valuable leads and ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a Telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
• Strong verbal communication skills .
• Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and be persistent in achieving targets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift
