Position Details:
• Role : Technical Support Executive
• Location : Hyderabad
• CTC : 3.5 LPA
• Shift : Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to customers through various channels
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Eligibility Requirements:
• Experience : 0-2 years in Technical Support or a similar role
• Education : Any graduate degree
• Skills :
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting (hardware/software knowledge preferred)
• Availability : Willing to work in rotational shifts and relocate if necessary
