Key Responsibilities:

Escalate customer queries via call and ensure timely resolution. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Provide the best possible resolutions to customer concerns. Maintain positive relationships with customers. Meet customer requirements and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and accurate solutions.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer knowledge
