Roles and Responsibilities:

? ? Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video

conferencing as needed
? Perform and verify the implementation of products with customers
? Give guidance, and support, and train customers on how to use the products
? Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your
enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
? Deliver high-quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring
measures

Eligibility Criteria:

2020 to 2023 Passed out in any degree Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond 0-1 year experience candidates. Open only to Indian nationals Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain Strong written and verbal communication Knowledge of Google Ads Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
