Designation: Process Executive

CTC: INR 3.5 LPA

Job Location: Gurugram

Training Duration: 3-4 Weeks

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end users Google Ads accounts.
Support End users on issues related to their accounts on Google Ads Billing, Policy, and other operation issues through all channels - Chat (Highest %), Email & Phone.
Stay updated with Google Ads trends.
Provide new strategies to the end user for hassle-free Google Ads promotions.

Interview Details:

Mode: Virtual

Level 1: Written Test (Analytical and Narrative)

Level 2: Interview (Virtual)

Level 3: Technical discussion (Virtual)

Eligibility Criteria:
2020 & 2023,2024 batch of any degree.
Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.
Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond.
0-1-year experience candidates.
Open only to Indian nationals.
Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of Google's ad product.
Excellent probe problem-solving analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
