Position/Designation- Process Executive (Back Office Work)

Desired Qualification- Diploma / ITI / Graduate

Job Location- Raipur (C.G.)

Mode- Work from office

Experience- 1-5 Years

Salary- Up to 15k (CTC) Salary will be increased based on performance during Training.

Role and Responsibilities

(a) MS Word Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM

(b) MS Office Applications :(EXCEL and WORD)

(c) Good Internet / e-mail skills

(d) Good Knowledge over Computer Fundamentals

(e) Good English Communication (written / oral) skills

Selection Process:

All the candidates found eligible prima-facie shall be conducted the following tests:

(a) MS Word Type Speed test

(b) Preparation of MS Excel Spreadsheet, Key Board Skills

(c) Aptitude Test (comprising of English grammar, General Awareness, Test of Reasoning, Computer Fundamentals)

(d) Essay Writing and e-mail test

(e) HR Round

Service Conditions:

(a) Flexible to work in any shift

(b) Duration of shift is 9 hrs

i) General Shift- 9AM to 7PM

ii) B Shift- 2PM to 11PM

ii) EST - 6PM to 2 AM

(c) Six day a week (Mon to Saturday)

(d) Probation period: 3 (three) months

Facilities available to employees:

(d) Promotions on performance basis etc.
