You will join our Global Service & Process Excellence department As our new Process Excellence Consultant you will be part of a collaborative and engaged team (colleagues spread across Denmark & India locations) who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be based in our Cybercity, Gurugram office. The Process Excellence team acts as trusted advisors to the support functions in Ramboll by enabling them to streamline their processes through lean and six sigma methodology. We collaborate and share experiences & best practices across the support functions to ensure that we grow together as one Ramboll. We use a range of tools such as BusinessOptix for process mapping, PowerBI for reporting / dashboards, and ServiceNow for Workflow management. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Understand stakeholders needs & expectations Support projects on a range of activities such as requirement gathering, process mapping & improvement, RPA analysis, driving workshops, etc. as required Support lean implementation against agreed objectives using lean principles & tools Value Stream mapping, process standardization and defining process KPIs Plan / coordinate with project leads to deliver project goals Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: Knowledge of improvement / lean methodologies preferably certification in lean / six sigma Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills with a logical approach Ability to work independently, with an eye for detail Ability to influence senior stakeholders Team player, reliable, proactive Excellent English written & verbal communication skills. Good experience in process mapping and facilitating process workshops. Exposure to BPMN standards.
