Job Description

• Assists factory Head to ensure compliance with all company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions.
• Ensure optimum operation of palm oil mill process, in compliance with company policy and project management.
• Strong knowledge of palm oil and palm kernel oil oil processing, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with GMP, PLC systems, and panel controls is advantageous.
• To lead palm oil mill's maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing, and improving maintenance programs.
• Assist on projects, assessing project requirements, budgets, timescales, and specifications.
• Ensure that machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the processes.
• Supervise technicians to perform schedule maintenance, repair and installations of part and machines.
• To plan the preventive maintenance program and organize the maintenance team in the maintenance of all machinery at the highest operation of efficiency.
• To assist the factory Manager on the day-to-day mill operation, troubleshooting and control.
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in palm oil mill processing .
