Job Description

Summary Provide process design expertise and lead the customer interface activities for the various sites(large and small molecule) and various technologies like BioPharma & Chemops technology, Aseptic technology , Solids and Packaging technology. Will be responsible for organizing, budgeting, scheduling, executing & monitoring the performance of project as per required design & timelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide process design expertise and lead the customer interface activities for the various sites(large and small molecule) and various technologies like BioPharma & Chemops technology, Aseptic technology , Solids and Packaging technology and in compliance with international regulations like USFDA and EMEA.
• Of total experience, significant percentage more than 50% need to be in designing process and facility of above mentioned domain.
• Hands on experience in design of disciplines other than process like CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Automation and Clean/Black Utilities.
• Strong stakeholder orientation and must have prior experience of being functional representative for the defined group. Will be responsible for managing internal stakeholders like User/QA group and external stakeholders like Design consultant/Vendors.
• Must have prior experience of leading a continues improvement in various aspects of projects which has led to productivity enhancement.
• Taking independent decisions on the creation of technical specifications and functional descriptions
• Responsibility for the preparation of project assignments
• Responsibility for the timely compilation of tender documents
• Responsibility for the preparation of technical solutions within the legal framework, internal quality and HSE requirements
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment
• Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection, and property protection
• Responsibility for personal and professional development
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
• In-depth technical knowledge in chemical and / or pharmaceutical engineering

Essential Requirement:

• Min 8-10 years of in Design, Construction and Commissioning of Pharmaceutical facilities and well versed with cGMP requirements associated with these facilities.
• Good Knowledge of Project management like - Project planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Construction management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management & required Statutory approvals management.
• Good English both spoken and written

Desirable Requirement:

• Candidate should be a BE with Chemical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/ Chemical/ FMCG Industry.
