### Designation : Engineer Position : 1 Required Experience : 3 to 6 years Education : B.E. / B.Tech Chemical EngineeringGraduate / Post-Graduate Joining : As Early As Possible Location : Vadodara, Gujarat

Role & Responsibilities: 1. Hands-on capability for the following process engineering activities / deliverables o PFDs o Perform Heat & Mass Balance Calculations using process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, Chem CAD etc. o P&IDs (Process & Utility) o Equipment Process Data sheet o Instrument Process Datasheet o Line List o Equipment List o Load List o Utility Summary and Utility Calculations o Line Sizing o Vessel / Tank Sizing o Pump Hydraulic Calculations o Relief Device Sizing /Safety Valve / Rupture disc Calculation o Cause & Effect Diagram / Interlock and Alarm List 2. Familiarity of international process standards such as API STD 520, API STD 521, & API STD 2000 is an added advantage. 3. Familiar with Inter-Discipline Coordination and Inter-Discipline Checking procedure of documents / deliverables. 4. Knowledge of any company process standards is an added advantage. 5. Participation in any process safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, SIL is an added advantage. 6. Personal Timesheet management. 7. Reporting shall be to Senior / Lead Engineer. 8. Performing client site visits and preparing site visit report as and when require Software Skills: 1. MS-Office (Word & Excel). 2. Process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, CHEMCAD.
