Job Description

? Ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality activated alumina regeneration by heat-treated components.

? Collaborate with Process and engineering R&D teams to optimize alumina regeneration processes and improve productivity.

? Monitor and maintain activate alumina regeneration equipment performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

? Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and develop proactive strategies for cost reduction.

? Train and supervise staff on safe working practices, quality control procedures, and sustainable environmental compliance.

? Strong knowledge of metal, aluminium oxide powder manufacturing, regeneration, metallurgy, cold, heat treatment, furnace, casting, forging, aluminium, production planning, and manpower handling.

? Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies in metal powder regeneration process and applications.

? Ability to work under work pressure and meet tight target deadlines.

Candidate must have 8-10 Years of experience in furnace, and electric heating reactors, thermal equipment maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/metallurgy/chemical engineering or related field preferred but not required.
